We are delighted to offer you free shipping in the continental United States. Your gifts will arrive within 4-7 business days. Overnight shipping may be arranged with cost to be advised. International shipping and 2-3 day USA delivery cost is $20 via UPS.
Returns
We know that minds change, expectations vary, and sometimes things just don’t work out.
You can return any product ordered within 14 days of the delivery date. We will happily process refunds unless the item has been worn, modified, or damaged in any way.
It must be returned with the Unique by Sandy label intact on the jewelry item and in its original packaging. We do not pay for return shipping and will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund.

You have the option of requesting:
- A refund: the return costs will be at your expense.
- A credit note that can be redeemed within four months.
If you have placed an order with payment in three or four installments free of charge, it will only be possible to obtain a refund if you return all of the products in your order.
A refund credited directly to your bank account or PayPal account depending on the payment method used when ordering. The amount of the refund will be equal to the price of the returned product without penalties, with the exception of the return costs which remain your responsibility and a 10% restocking fee to cover our cost for free shipping to you.
- In the case of a refund or a credit note, except for defective products or an order error on our part, the shipping costs of your initial order cannot be refunded to you.
An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm the reimbursement of your order, or to specify the code of your credit note.
